Our traditional salsa macha: dried chiles, nuts, and seeds toasted and infused in olive oil with garlic and a touch of piloncillo — smoky, nutty, crunchy. Medium heat.

Best drizzled over eggs, tacos, pasta, avocado toast, and grilled vegetables.
